Implement the System. Run the system to generate evidence that it is effective.

Internal Audit. A full internal audit is needed.

Management Review. A senior team meet to review the effectiveness of the system.

Assessment Visit. Ideally the date for the visit will be arranged once you are confident you will have sufficient evidence that the system meets the standard.
