Internal audit is an integral part of all ISO 9001 and ISO 17025 quality management systems. Keeping up with an audit schedule can present difficulties, especially during busy periods. Using CIQ Audit to cover the whole schedule or to restore the timetable is a cost effective alternative to using your own staff.Preparation of the audit schedule. Audits need to be
planned, a formal schedule is normally required. Establishing corrective or preventive action. Corrective action is most effective when decided in consultation with the people doing the job. Any actions agreed must meet the requirements of the standard. Following up non-conformances. Corrective action may require a ‘mini-audit’ to ensure it is effective. Audit of a single procedure. It can be difficult
to demonstrate ‘auditor independence’, especially when auditing

independence. |
